Dr. Patrick Fillnow is excited to announce his new primary care office, Sojourn Direct Primary Care, opened its doors on November 1, 2021.  Direct Primary Care is a model of care that operates outside of traditional insurance.  As patients have become frustrated with the rules and regulations of insurance, lack of transparent pricing, and rising cost of doctor visits; Direct Primary Care is becoming a more attractive option to both patients and doctors.  

Sojourn Direct Primary Care seeks to restore the doctor-patient relationship by offering unlimited office visits as well as access to their primary care physician via phone, text, or email all for a transparent and affordable monthly cost.  The office visits are typically 30-60 minutes, far more than the 7-10 minute average visit in primary care.  This is exciting for patients who are looking for an alternative to the current model of primary care.
